Delivery Terms

After we received your payment, it takes one to three business days to ship out your order. You can pay by credit card or K-NET upon delivery, and when the delivery person arrives, you have to show him your Civil ID and credit card, and your name on the Civil ID should match the name on the K-NET or credit card that you present.

If the items on your order are in-stock, we will ship out your orders as soon as possible from our main warehouse.

If the items on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have the item in stock.

We will process the back ordered inventory in our warehouse and provide you an estimate waiting for the item to be shipped. The delay in shipping can be the amount of time it takes to get order processing and time from the carrier. This can range from 24hrs to 3days for the all the in-stock items.
